Supporting a person through emotional and also physical pain and providing them with tools to help themselves and live their life in the best possible way is my passion. To accompany you on this journey, I provide a warm, safe and person-centred approach of genuine empathy, compassion and care without judgment and meet you at any life stage you’re currently at. You are the expert of your own life, and by working alongside you in the healing process, rather than telling you what to do, you will be empowered to overcome challenges and bring about change when you are ready.
Sessions can be conducted over the phone, online, in person, or through walk and talk in your favourite patch of nature.

I strongly believe change and healing can only come about by looking at you as a whole - mind, body and soul. And so I employ a holistic and evidence-based approach of incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Strength-Based Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as nature, exercise, healthy nutrition and sleep routines, and social connections.
